Unfortunately, due to limitations from twitch, streaming at 144hz/144fps isn’t possible, as of yet. Now as far as the hardware, I believe it captures 720p/60 Fps or 1080p/30 fps (may actually be 1080/60, not 100% on that). So your 144hz monitor would be limited to only 60hz.
