Question: Does Upkeep Come Before Or After Draw

Untap, upkeep, then draw is indeed the order. Note that players do not receive priority to cast spells or activate abilities during the untap step.

Is draw step part of upkeep?

Is beginning of upkeep before untap?

Who stacks upkeep triggers?

When triggers from multiple players would be put on the stack at once, they are placed in Active Player/Non-Active Player (APNAP) order.
