What kind of art style is Stardew Valley?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to what this kind of style is called? It’s not quite top-down, as you can walk behind things, and it’s not isometric either. I believe it’s what wikipedia describes as “2.5D, 3/4 perspective, and pseudo-3D”.
