Cut the shape out of the Eva foam (don´t forget the 45 degree edge if it´s necessary). If necessary heat the pieces with a hair dryer or a heat gun and shape them into your desired shape. Put glue on the Eva foam piece and wait a bit until the glue gets sticky. Stretch the fabric and pull it over the Eva foam.

Can EVA foam be sewn?
