Can I use Tile to track my husband?
Your Tile needs to be within the standard Bluetooth range of a device that has location services in order to communicate its location to the app. This means Tile cannot track objects as they move in real-time, unless there is a device within range moving with it. (i.e. your car keys and phone traveling together.)
Why is my Tile not working?
Make sure that your Bluetooth and Location Services are turned on on your device, and that you have an internet connection through data or wifi. Does Tile work without WiFi?
