Do peloton shoes have warranty?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Peloton Product, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Peloton’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Bike Warranty and our Limited Tread Warranty.
Why can’t I clip my peloton shoes in?
If you are having trouble clipping into your Bike, or if it is too difficult to unclip from the Bike, we recommend loosening the pedal tension using the 3 millimeter Allen key included with your Bike. To loosen the pedal tension, turn the screw toward the minus sign (counterclockwise) one-quarter of a turn at a time.
Why do my peloton shoes click?
The first thing to try when a random clicking noise is coming from the pedal area is to make sure your cleats are tight in your bike shoes. Get the screwdriver out and make sure they are completely tight. The next area to look at is your pedals – specifically the part where the the cleat clips into the pedals.
Can I just buy Peloton shoes?
Nope. In fact, not only will you need a cycling shoe, but you’ll also need a specific type of cycling shoe. To make your life easier, you can order Peloton-branded shoes right along with your bike; however, if you decide to buy shoes elsewhere, you could end up with something that doesn’t work for your shiny new Bike+.
Are Peloton shoes good quality?
If you don’t want to use cycling shoes that clip in to the pedal on your Peloton, you can always buy Delta Look Toe Strap Shoe Cages. Some attach to the existing pedal; others come attached to a new pedal that you replace the Peloton pedal with. You can find them on eBay and Amazon.

How do you pick peloton shoe size?
Bike shoes should fit similarly to a running shoe: not too snug, and not too loose. There should be space for your toes to wiggle and your arch should be supported. If your heels are slipping in and out of your shoes, we’d suggest going down a size.
Do you wear socks with peloton shoes?
Do I wear socks with peloton shoes? Yes, you do. Socks cushion your feet against the rough shoe formation, especially the shoe opening. However, ensure that the socks are thin, light, and breathable since the peloton shoes fit snugly.
What sizes do peloton shoes come in?
Peloton shoes for men range between 44 to 48, while those that are women sizes range between 36 to 39, all in US sizes. If you understand European sizes, this will translate to 10.5 to 13.5 for men sizes and 5 to 8 for the women.
Should peloton cleats move?
We recommend positioning your cleats to face forward and in line with the toe, straight on the line from heel to toe. Make sure to set the middle of the cleat across the ball of the foot on the shoe. Over time, the screws will loosen, causing your cleats to shift.
Should peloton make noise?

Why does my spin bike click?
If you hear a clicking noise as you pedal your bike, something may have broken off in the wheel, or perhaps one of the pedals is rattling around. If that’s the case, you should contact a maintenance service provided by your bike manufacturer.
Why do my peloton cleats keep moving?
All cleats have what’s called float. If you have your cleat to a high degree of float, then yes, it will feel like it’s moving when you clip in and out.
Can you use non Peloton shoes?
You need special shoes to ride. If you buy your shoes from Peloton, that’ll cost you another $125. You can wear your own sneakers instead, but the company’s website recommends attaching toe cages to the pedals if you want to do that. And of course, those are sold separately.
Can you use sneakers on Peloton?
The Peloton Bike uses Delta-compatible cleats, which you can affix to the bottom of our Peloton shoes or any pair of bike shoes with a 3-screw hole setup. We encourage you to use the pedals your Bike comes with for an optimal ride. For the most secure ride, we recommend clipping in using Delta-compatible shoes.
Do Peloton shoes work on other bikes?
Definitely! If you already have the Peloton-branded spin shoes, you can use them at other cycling studios.
Are Peloton bike shoes comfortable?
Peloton cycling shoes review: Comfort The shoes felt a little small on me (my toe is right at the edge), but I have wide feet. The shoes have a breathable upper and a mesh vent on the base, but I didn’t notice that they felt any airier than other cycling shoes. I felt like my sweat was still trapped within the shoes.
Is Peloton SPD or Delta?
The Peloton is delivered with pedals that are LOOK DELTA (3-holes) cleat compatible. Our Slipstreams only work with pedals that connect to an SPD cleat (2-holes).
Are Peloton shoes compatible with Shimano?
(Of note, standard Shimano SPD-SL cleats are NOT compatible with Peloton pedals despite what some online blogs suggest.) Cleats can be purchased separately if you already have shoes, or you can buy one of our Peloton shoe bundles which includes the Peloton cleats at a discount.
