Make a plan for working from home.

Your plan should consider factors such as how others expect to be able to contact you, how to deal with time-critical situations (you may need someone to back up those situations), and how to manage collaborative work outside the office. Create an office space.
Turning a part of your house into a working space will help you to psychologically separate your house from working and living, and will also encourage people around you to do so. Ready to shrink. This may mean talking to your boss about changing from 40 hours to 30 hours or hiring someone to perform certain tasks that you are now responsible for. This is not an easy decision, but it is best to plan for it and prepare as soon as possible, rather than failing your responsibilities and losing your job altogether because you try to do too much.
Recruit other people to help care.
