How Soon Can I Use My Senior Railcard

Where and when can I use the Senior Railcard? The Senior Railcard gets you 1/3 off Standard and First Class Anytime, Off-Peak and Advance fares. There’s no limit to the number of times you use it so the potential for adventure is huge.

Can I use my Senior Railcard before it arrives?

No. You must carry your Railcard with you on any journey where you have bought discounted tickets with the Railcard. Therefore, if you buy discounted Railcard tickets before you receive your Railcard, you do this at your own risk.
