When it comes to cabinet pulls placement for drawers under 24”, pulls are most often centered and installed in the middle of the drawer panel. This creates a really clean + high touch finishing look for your cabinetry. Like with knobs, if the drawer is 24” or wider you can add a second pull.
Do drawer pulls go in the center?
As far as the height of your drawer hardware, the classic choice is to center them vertically. With multiple drawers stacked on top of each other, choosing this placement makes each knob a little lower and harder to reach.

Placing the deadbolt so high up (near chin level) has the main advantage that the door will be much hard to kick in. Placing the deadbolt in the normal location of 5-1/2″ from the handle/knob makes it just the right height to deal an easy kick to the locks.
